Sotra is pleased to announce that Noël Lambert will be joining Sotra’s partnership as of 1 January 2017.
Holder of a Master’s degree in law, obtained with distinction at the UCL, Noël Lambert began his career as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in 2009. Since then, he has specialised in individual and collective employment law, with particular interest for SMEs and hospital institutions.
He is the author of several legal publications including the standard work on privacy on the workfloor, co-written with Olivier Rijckaert. Noël Lambert is a frequent speaker at seminars for HR professionals and various professional federations.
Noël Lambert is part of the team that founded Sotra in July 2014. Composed of 4 lawyers at the time, the firm has now 8 practitioners and is considered one of the most important Belgian “niche” firms in employment law.
