Suciu – The Employment Law Firm, ELLINT’s Romanian member, has contributed a chapter to the Global Legal Insights Employment & Labour Guide 2020.
This is the 8th edition of the well-known guide. It includes chapters on employment and labour law issues produced by leading firms in 27 countries including several European jurisdictions, China, the USA, the UAE and Russia.
The chapter includes commentary on general labour market trends in Romania, business protection, discrimination, trade union and industrial action, and privacy in the workplace. It was written by founder of Suciu, Andreea Suciu, and lawyers Teodora Manaila and Gabriela Ion.
