MGG Legal is delighted to present the winner of the ELLINT Award: Maïa Touron. She is awarded the Ellint 2024 prize and in addition to 5,000 Euros, she will also be offered the opportunity to undertake a paid internship at MGG LEGAL. We would also like to congratulate the other contestants for their impressive presentations.
Once again this year, we auditioned many brilliant candidates, but Maïa came out on top in front of a panel of judges made up of Gwenola Bargain, Senior Lecturer in Private Law, Director of the Master 2 Corporate Law – Employment Law course MAJE at the University of Tours, Dan Begbie-Clench, employment lawyer and partner from Doyle and Clayton and Marijke Granier-Guillemarre from MGG LEGAL. This year’s theme was the prevention of sexual harassment and sexist behaviour in the workplace. Maïa’s presentation, both in English and in terms of content, was remarkable in that she grasped the cross-cutting nature of the subject, which has a daily impact not only on business activity but also on the organisation of companies.
We are proud to have set up this prize, which rewards the students who make French employment law shine internationally.

The ELLINT Prize is an award instituted by our French member firm, MGG LEGAL, supported by our UK member firm Doyle Clayton. The purpose of the prize is to reward an article concerning a particular theme of French employment law. It is open to students in Master 1 or Master 2 programmes registered at a French university or law school who have been taught employment law, and is designed to reward the best articles in English on French employment law, to promote French employment law internationally, and to encourage French students of employment law to practice foreign languages.
