Sukhpal is an experienced employment lawyer having qualified in 2002.
He has worked in London as well as for a local Firm in Reading. His areas of expertise include advising on TUPE transfers (both asset transfers and service provision change transfers), business reorganisations and restructures and advising on the employment issues arising out of corporate transactions.
Sukhpal is recognised by the legal directories as one of the UK’s leading employment lawyers and is praised for being “sensible and clever”.
Sukhpal is also an experienced Notary Public. He provides notarial services from the Firm’s Reading and London offices (Mayfair, the City and Canary Wharf) and is a member of the Notaries Society.
