Grzegorz Ruszczyk is Partner of Zawirska Ruszczyk sp.k.– a Polish boutique law firm which is exclusively specialized in providing Labor and Employment Law advice to national and international businesses. He is the head of the litigation practice.
Grzegorz specializes in representing clients in court disputes in all areas of employment and labor law, including in the scope of terminating employment contracts and related claims, bullying/mobbing, discrimination, overtime and additional benefits. He has vast experience in representing clients in proceedings before the Polish Supreme Court. He participated in many anti-discrimination committees involved in resolving intra-organizational disputes and employees’ claims.
Grzegorz also advises clients on internal regulations and policies, TUPE transfers as well as relations with trade unions and other employees’ representations.
