“Whistleblowing in the company: procedures and application solutions”
In collaboration with Wolters Kluwer, our Italian member firm Lexellent presents the online course “Whistleblowing in the company: procedures and application solutions”.
Provided by Valentina Boscarino, Marco Chiesara, Chiara D’Angelo and Ugo Ettore Di Stefano, the course will be divided into two modules to be held on 15 and 22 May 2024.
The aim is to provide HR/Compliance managers, legal officers, lawyers and legal advisors with a complete and up-to-date overview of the whistleblowing legislation.
Management tools, operating methodologies for the management of all related obligations and practical handbooks for the adoption of reporting systems will be presented, allowing immediate applicability in the company.
A certificate of participation will be issued at the end of the course. If required by the Regulations for continuing professional training to which the member belongs, a certificate of attendance will also be issued for training credits.
