Let’s go on holiday! The holiday season is coming up and with it the question of what companies and employees have to consider so that the most beautiful time of the year is legally “accident-free”.
As part of the next Virtual Breakfast Club on Thursday 6 July 2023, from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., Dirk Schnelle and Eva Stark from our German member firm ALTENBURG will be packing up a virtual suitcase with current case law and will inform you, among other things, about the differences between statutory and contractual leave, transfer, forfeiture and limitation of leave entitlement as well as current requirements on the employer’s obligation to cooperate and show options for action for companies.
