“Tea Time with the lawyer” – 7 May 2024 – “The non-competition agreement: pitfalls and solutions”
Assolombarda, the largest territorial association of the entire entrepreneurial system in Italy, has organized a series of meetings entitled “Tea Time with the lawyer”, aimed at member companies and with the aim of deepening various issues related to labor law.
Our Italian member firm Lexellent’s Senior Partner Marco Chiesara, together with Martina Bianco of the Labour and Social Security Area of Assolombarda, Livio Lannutti and Massimiliano Traversa of the Trade Union Area of Assolombarda, will participate in the second meeting “The non-competition agreement: pitfalls and solutions”, at the headquarters of Assolombarda – Sala Erba (basement) – Via Pantano 9, Milan.
The meeting will explore the issue of the non-competition agreement, examining possible critical issues and offering solutions. It will be an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss and address specific issues.
