Back to Basics: A new series of webinars by MGG Legal – Second episode: Hire people in France
MGG Legal is committed to offer to its clients (and more generally foreign business considering expanding to France) a wide range of training courses to keep them abreast with legal news in Employment Law.
In this respect, they believe that companies should be made aware of the technical and legal issues that are likely to bear a direct impact on their organisation.
MGG Legal has therefore decided to put together a series of short-format training courses (30 minutes) on the basics of French Labour Law in order to provide companies with practical solutions to the issues that they are likely to come across on a regular basis.
The second episode of this new series will address the main French Employment rules when hiring employees. Employers are indeed often bewildered by the French employment law which is considered complex, favorable to employees and constantly changing.
We believe however that French Employment Law constraints can be managed efficiently provided that employers are able to understand the main issues at stake in individual employment relations, to comply with rules of procedure and to anticipate risks upstream.
Our aim on November 7, 2023 at 6PM CET is to share with you the main rules relating to the drafting and signature of employment contracts as well as formalities to fulfill upon hiring and to provide you with some best practices and guidelines to familiarize yourself with these rules and procedures.
This webinar will be hosted by Alexandra Frelat, Partner with MGG Legal. If you want to register, please follow this link: Register
