Lexellent has, once again, been recognised as one of the top players in the Italian legal market during the 10th Edition of the TopLegal Awards where the firm was presented with the LABOUR LITIGATION LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR 2016 award.
In their words Lexellent “has created, on behalf of their client, an important legal precedent at the European level in a case against INPS (the National Italian Social Security Authority). It is the first ruling by the Italian Supreme Court relating to the social security scheme applicable to foreign airlines.”
With this historic case, Lexellent has provided a lesson, from a legal point of view, by instigating a High Court ruling on the applicability of European regulations governing the coordination of social security systems in EU Member States.
