The Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing the Directive (EU) 2019/1937, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of the European Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions (so-called whistleblowers), was published in the Official Gazette on 15 March 2023 and will enter into force on 30 March 2023.
