Mette Klingsten

Mette Klingsten is founder and partner of Mette Klingsten Law Firm, our Danish member. She is admitted to the Supreme Court and has been practicing as a lawyer since 1997.

Over nearly three decades, she has built deep expertise in individual and collective employment law, cross-border employment, restructurings, remuneration and incentive schemes, and board and executive matters. She is also an experienced litigator before the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court, and advises both Danish and international companies on all aspects of employment law.
