Dr. Martin Huger, LL.M. is the founder of Huger Rechtsanwalts GmbH – an Austrian boutique law firm providing Employment Law advice to companies. The firm is based in Vienna and represents clients all over Austria.
Huger Rechtsanwalts GmbH advises companies on all aspects of employment law, including connected areas of law as data protection law or the appointment of managing directors, etc. The firm represents its clients also in employment law cases before Labour and Social Courts, the Equal Treatment Commission and before Administrative Authorities and Administrative Courts.
