Almudena Álvarez is a Spanish labor & employment law specialist based in Madrid.  She is the Managing Partner of álvarez lentner, a boutique firm devoted to advising national and international companies on personnel-related matters. She is admitted to practice in Spain and in New York (U.S.).  

With more than 18 years of experience, she especially has vast experience in employment litigation, and she regularly teaches at different universities and business schools. She is also an active member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
