Reinout Prakke
Reinout is a founding partner of ARBOR Advocaten, a Dutch boutique law firm exclusively focused on Employment and Labor Law.
He advises both national and multinational companies on a broad range of employment matters, with particular expertise in reorganisations and restructurings—often involving cross-border complexity. Reinout also has significant experience in employment litigation, collective bargaining, and negotiating collective labour agreements.
In addition to his advisory and litigation work, Reinout serves as a deputy judge at the District Court of The Hague, giving him unique insight into judicial decision-making in employment disputes.
