Marc Vogel

Marc Vogel is a Founding Partner of ARBOR Advocaten, a Dutch boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to Employment and Labor Law. He advises both domestic and international companies operating in the Netherlands on a broad range of employment matters, with particular expertise in employment litigation, trade union negotiations, executive matters, and partnership agreements.

Marc is a frequent speaker and educator, delivering in-person and online courses and webinars tailored to HR professionals and legal counsel, offering insights into legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting Dutch and European labor law. He is also the founder of The Office, a digital journal focused on Dutch employment law.
