Manuel is the Founder of Paramount Legal, our portuguese member. He is a member of the Portuguese Bar and has been practicing as a lawyer since 2010.

With over a decade of experience in employment law, Manuel has developed a particular focus on supporting international clients establishing operations in Portugal. His work includes identifying optimal labor law solutions for foreign businesses, drafting tailored employment agreements (fixed-term, permanent), developing internal workplace policies, and providing clear, actionable guidance on all aspects of Portuguese employment law.
