Hans Graf

Hans Graf is the Founding and Managing Partner of Graf & Partner, a Zurich-based Swiss boutique law firm focused on Employment and Labor Law. He advises both national and international clients across a broad spectrum of employment matters.

With decades of experience, Hans counsels on all aspects of employment law including executive and standard employment contracts, internal policies and directives, incentive and benefits plans, restructurings, and both individual and collective dismissals. He also regularly represents clients before Swiss courts in complex labor disputes.

Hans is recognized for combining technical precision with strategic foresight, particularly in cross-border matters involving multinational organizations.
