Giulietta Bergamaschi

In April 2011, Giulietta Bergamaschi co-founded Lexellent law firm and has been managing partner of the firm since June 2018.

She is one of the founding members of Ellint.

She provides strategic advice on HR management and industrial relations.

Giulietta is head of the firm’s equal opportunities department. She is actively engaged in supporting companies and entrepreneurs in the process of modernising corporate culture by developing and adopting tools to foster the concept of inclusion and equality.

She is a member of EELA and AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association). Since November 2013, she has been a member of the Board of ASLA (Italian Associated Law Firm Association). She is a member of ASLAWOMEN, the section within ASLA that supports and promotes equal opportunities for all in associated law firms.

She is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Parks – Liberi e Uguali (an association with a focus on LGBT+ people in the workplace). She is a Board Member of “La Triennale di Milano Foundation” (a leading Italian cultural institution). She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Inclusion Foundation, serving as Permanent Secretary. She is an elected member of the National Executive Council of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers.

Author of publications, particularly on the topic of equal opportunities, she regularly participates as a speaker at numerous training and other events for businesses and trade associations.
