Nicolas Roggel

Nicolas Roggel is a Partner at addworx legal Arbeitsrecht, a German boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to labor and employment law, based in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.

He advises national and international companies on a broad range of individual and collective employment law matters. His experience includes cross-border employment issues, employee benefits, employment-related compliance matters and the legal aspects of international workforce management. He regularly shares his expertise through publications, seminars and presentations on German and international employment law.

A certified specialist in employment law, Nicolas studied law in Marburg, Kiel and Cork and completed his legal clerkship in Bremen and Hamburg. He is a member of the Employment Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
