Elika Schneider

Dr. Elika Schneider is a Partner at ALTENBURG Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht, a German boutique law firm dedicated exclusively to Labor and Employment Law.

She advises and represents national and international companies across the full spectrum of individual and collective employment law. Her practice includes a particular focus on supporting start-ups and scale-ups, providing tailored legal guidance as they grow. Dr. Schneider also has deep expertise in restructurings, works constitution law, and litigation before German labor courts.

A certified specialist in employment law, Dr. Schneider studied in Mannheim and Oslo, and gained experience at Porsche, Zalando, and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. She earned her doctorate in 2017 and joined ALTENBURG in 2018, where she has been based in the Berlin office ever since.
