Antti Rajamäki is one of the Founding Partners of EMPLaw, a boutique law firm specializing in Finnish employment law, pensions and benefits.
Antti advises employers on all matters related to employment law, pensions and benefits in Finland.
Before the establishment of EMPLaw Antti worked as an employment relationship lawyer in two major Finnish publicly listed companies, Neste Corporation and Kesko Corporation, thus gaining valuable experience and knowledge on daily employment relationship matters organisations face in addition to advising on internal co-operation procedures by working closely with company executives, HR specialists and employee representatives. During this time Antti also acted as a member of the employer organizations’ labor market committees.
Antti has also worked for several years in two major Finnish law firms as an employment lawyer specializing in employment related dispute resolution, M&A and co-operation procedures.

She has over 25 years of experience on employment law related dispute resolution, M&A, outsourcing and restructuring work, work safety and discrimination matters as well as employee liability questions. She also acts as a long term partner for employers on all daily employment law matters and as an arbitrator.
