ELLINT’s Italian members is presented with a prestigious international award by The Lawyer magazine.
ELLINT’s Italian member LEXELLENT is the WINNER of The Lawyer’s EUROPEAN SPECIALIST FIRM OF THE YEAR 2014 award.

The Specialist Firm of the Year category is always one of the most hotly contested at the European Awards and this year was no exception. After some debate, Italian employment boutique LEXELLENT took the title, continuing a strong showing by labour-law specialists from Italy.
LEXELLENT was founded just two years ago when a team split off from Eversheds’ Italian offices. Although the firm is new, the people within it have worked together for many years….
Last year the firm tempted on board partner Carlo Majer, previously at a rival firm. It also teamed up with five other European employment boutiques to found international network Employment & Labour Lawyers International (Ellint).
It has set up an academy programme of seminars for HR professionals and other company executives which are held in restaurants or historical sites to engage those attending.
LEXELLENT focuses on discrimination issues, while also advising clients including some of Europe’s biggest companies on more general employment matters.
